I wasted a lot of time and money trying to build my Network Marketing business this way. It just did not work for me and I am sure if you have tried it I probably did not work for you either.

Most people really don’t know who there real target market is and even if they do they don’t know how to take advantage of it.

These are skills that  you  will need to learn if you are going to be successful.

Success in Network Marketing recruiting is about knowing who your target market is and then attracting them by providing valuable information and offers that they already want.

If someone is hungry it is much easier to sell them food than someone that has just had a big meal. The key is to find a hungry market, people that are hungry for what you have to offer.

This can be done offline but the internet has made it much easier to find the right prospects for network marketing if you go about it the right way.

It’s never about trying to persuade anybody to buy from you or join your Network Marketing opportunity. Your job is to tell, never to sell. Just offer people what they are already searching for.

You see I only want to work with people who already want to work with me. I never waste time anymore trying to convince someone to join my business.

Finding the best prospects for Network Marketing recruiting online?

There are many way to get your message to people using the internet so you make it easy for them to find you.  Blogs, articles, forums, videos, social websites, and membership sites just to name a few. If people relate to the value of the free information you are providing them they are willing to opt-in to get more as it is something that they already want.

This is how you can stand out as most network marketers are not willing to do this and they are the ones that never make a penny. They waste far too much time and money chasing people and not learning the skills on how to attract the right prospects for Network Marketing recruiting.

At the end of the day it really doesn’t matter how great your product is, how wonderful your compensation plan is, if you can find the right people you will always be wasting your time and money.

If you don’t know how to attract your real target market you need to find someone that can help you. The success of your business will depend on Network Marketing recruiting strategies.

    Neils, you are absolutely right. The Internet is a great way to attract people to your business. A lot of people understand that but they don’t understand the difference between offering value and spamming. Like you said, at the end of the day, it isn’t about your product or your compensation plan. It is about what you personally can offer your prospect.

    I totally agree with you comments here Wayne. There are many people out there that just want to push their business opportunity or products without providing any true value. Most people do this and doing so cannot stand out from the crowd.
